Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz (225g) of your favorite noodles (egg noodles, rice noodles, or soba noodles)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 bunch green onions thinly sliced
  • 1 medium carrot julienned
  • 1 bell pepper thinly sliced (any color)
  • 1 zucchini julienned
  • 1 cup snap peas ends trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare Noodles:

  • Cook the noodles according to package instructions.
  • Drain and set aside.

  • In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Set aside.
