Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni cooked al dente
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, crumbled bacon, cooked elbow macaroni, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Toss everything together until well mixed.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the flour to create a roux, cooking for 2-3 minutes until lightly golden.
  • Gradually whisk in the milk, ensuring no lumps form. Add the ranch seasoning mix and continue to whisk until the mixture thickens.
  • Remove the saucepan from heat and whisk in the ranch dressing and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pour the ranch sauce over the chicken and macaroni mixture, tossing until evenly coated.
  • Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter. Transfer the mixture to the dish, spreading it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle additional cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top for an extra cheesy finish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
